KASPROWY WIERCH the best place for advanced skiers and snowboarders in Poland:

At Mount Kasprowy there is no artificial snow (only organic snow, no snow canons!) so the ski pistes are often closed.

Cable car is open during on the Christmas Day.

CHAIR LIFTS ON GASIENICOWA and GORYCZKOWA are open from 8.00am to 4.00pm from the end of December till the beginning of May if only there is enough snow on the slopes. There is only natural snow on Kasprowy Wierch (no man made snow) so the slopes and lifts are quite often closed.

*Reduced tickets are for children 4 - 10 and students up to 26 years old with valid ISIC or EURO 25 documents.
Children under 4 do not need tickets.
**Ski pass allows unlimited runs on both chairlifts and cable car. Reduced ski passes are only for children up to 15 years old and people over 65 years old.

There are two beautiful ski slopes on Kasprowy Wierch:

GASIENICOWA 4 persons chair-lift	GORYCZKOWA 2 persons chair-lift
Gasienicowa slope is 1.400 metres long with aprox 400m elevation difference. Four persons chair-lift takes 2400 people per hour and it takes only 8 minutes to get to the top.	Goryczkowa slope is about 2.000 metres long with aprox 600m elevation difference. Two persons chair-lift takes 730 people per hour and it takes 15 minutes to get to the top.
