Hotel Crocus - four-star modern, luxurious hotel with high standard and unforgettable atmosphere. Crocus is a perfect place for family holidays, business meetings, trainings and conferences. Our hotel is located in the vicinity of the Tatra National Park (hiking) and two main ski centres - Nosal and Kasprowy Wierch.
We have booked private transport from the airport in Krakow to the Hotel in Zakopane (return) and it was all very professionally arranged. There were 4 of us - all with big cases and we had 7 seater with personal panel for air con in the back. The gentleman who picked us up was already waiting for us with our name on display, helped us with cases and even allowed for a cigarette brake on the way. He kept us updated all the time when there were any troubles on the road and when there was possibility of alternative routes that would take us around any traffic we were kept informed (probably so we don't think that they try to kidnap us:)). On our way back different gentleman arrived in the same car allowing plenty of time to pack our cases. We were dropped off to the airport with plenty of time before our flight which allowed us to check in and have something to eat before setting off home. When it came to paying we didnt have to pay any money upfront while booking. We paid the driver when he dropped us of to the hotel for that part of the journey + little deposit for the way back. Originally, we though the deposit was to secure the journey back but as we found out no other cab firm could match the price anyway. I would definitely recommend the Altius Travel agency and I would not hesitate to book with them again. They are very professional and friendly company and everything can be arranged via e-mail. They also offer other services and it is all displayed on their web page: www.discoverzakopane.com. I would definitely try them if i were going back to Zakopane.
